European design Vision. Filipino craftsmanship.
Our story

It Started With
an Idea
History
Fashion Interiors did not begin with a factory or a showroom. It began with a belief.
In the 1980s, Dutch entrepreneur Paul Cornelissen Sr. brought together a circle of designers with a shared conviction, that furniture could be contemporary and crafted, original and commercially honest.
Together they introduced Galerie Clair and the Jan des Bouvrie Galerie, concepts that spread across hundreds of shop-in-shop locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland.

Where Craft Met Vision
Our people
From the beginning, every design was brought to life by Filipino hands. Skilled craftspeople in Manila, working with local materials and refined techniques gave each piece its character.
This was never outsourcing. It was a founding collaboration between two cultures, two ways of seeing, and two ways of making. That contribution was recognised by former Filipino President Corazon Aquino, who presented Fashion Interiors with The Galeon Award.

Four
Decades On. Still Making.
Today
Today Fashion Interiors operates a curated showroom and in-house production facility in Manila — serving private clients, retailers, hospitality brands, and developers across the Philippines and internationally.
Carried forward by Paul Cornelissen Jr., the founding vision remains intact. The collections evolve. The craftsmanship does not waver.
Philippine-made. European in thinking. Singular in character.
